[L] Trans-Love Energies Cardigan

The Trans-Love Energies Unlimited cooperative community (TLE) was a late 1960s radical, anti-establishment group in Detroit and later in Ann Arbor. It was formed as an umbrella organization or "tribal council" of the area's "hip" organizations. 

The TLE was closely linked with the MC5, a band that Hysteric Glamour has looked to for design inspiration on numerous occasions.

This cardigan pays homage to the TLE with applied felt lettering on the back. Made from a dark, smoky navy, the cardigan is finished with 'Hysteric' chain stitched on the left chest. 

Used with some fading and bobbling, but with plenty of life left.
